Challenge

As a public water supplier distribution is guaranteed, but invoicing relies on customer reporting in meter readings. Reporting is done traditionally with paper and pen or online using a form.

Fix

To make the process even less painful for the end-user a unique, customer specific QR can be introduced to the invoice with a link to a pre-filled online form. The user only need to feed in the reading, that’s all!
